By downloading or using Leafbreak, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Leafbreak is

Leafbreak is a wellness and habit-change tool to help you quit or cut back on cannabis. It is for adults 18 and older.

Not medical advice

Leafbreak is not a medical device, not a substitute for professional care, and does not provide medical, psychological, or crisis treatment. Content and AI responses are for general support only. If you are in crisis or need medical help, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services. In the US you can reach the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357.

Subscriptions and billing

• Leafbreak offers auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, monthly and annual plans). Pricing is shown in the app before you purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your app store settings. On Android: Play Store app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by the store you bought through (Google Play or Apple) under its policies. We cannot charge or refund you directly.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or abuse the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Your content

Journal entries, check-ins, and messages you create are yours. You grant us a limited license to process them only to provide the service (for example, generating coach replies).

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elemental Naturals LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
